The Ultimate Degustation

Aperitif @ The Viceroy has now established itself as one of Bali’s ‘must visit’ restaurant for any serious foodie.  Their constant search for excellence never seems to stop. They have now added anther option to their prime degustation dinner menu, a Kagoshima A5 Wagyu with tarragon, black garlic, pickled shallot and potato. It lists as an alternative to their wonderful Venison Wellington [see picture] which would always be my first selection, however it does extend your choices.
