Massimo stays open in Sanur!

Massimo has always been different. Not satisfied with just developing Bali’s most popular Italian restaurant on Jln. Dana Tamblingan, Sanur, that carries his name. He baked Italian bread in his wood-fired ovens, established the most populat gelato range, even winning competitions back in Italy, Then came Italian cheeses and the most wonderful Semifredo. Now when times are tough and most restaurants are closed, and those who stay open are losing money, he refuses to close, preferring to support his large staff and their families by staying open. The smiling chef from Lecce deserves his high standing in the Balinese community and an example to all.
