Lobster & Caviar.

Aperitif at The Viceroy, Ubud, continues to offer special fine dining treats. This time it is a Prestige Dinner featuring lobster and caviar, to be held on Saturday November 28. Joining Exec Chef Nic Vanderbeeken for this special event will be one of Bali’s most talented chefs with French cuisine, Enrico Wahl, the Exec Chef for many years at The Oberoi, Seminyak. When Wahl first arrived in Bali I was fortunate enough to experience a degustation meal prepared by him at The Oberoi. To this day it remains one off the best meals I have ever had in Bali.
