Aperitif re-opens!

Aperitif is back! The amazing fine dining restaurant at Ubud’s The Viceroy re-opened for in house dining Wednesday June 17. For the past few months they have kept their staff busy and regular customers satisfied with their weekend deliveries, but now they recommence their elegant in house dining  New 6 and 8 course degustation menus are on offer PLUS an a la carte menu of previous favourite dishes from earlier menus. There are many new intriguing dishes now on the menus however the amazing Venison Wellington [pictured] remains on both the 6 and 8 course menus. Wine Pairing is available with two sets to choose from; Standard and Premium. Also on offer in the luxurious cocktail bar/lounge, where the evening action begins sipping a cocktail creation and tasting amazing canapés from the Aperitif Tree, is a Bar Menu for those who just wish to snack whilst drinking. You can be certain that the bar snacks will take bar food to a new level never before experienced. For anyone yet to experience Aperitif I can think of no better way to celebrate the end of lockdown and its enforced hibernation than to spoil yourself with the foodie experience of a lifetime. This is your opportunity to sample the almost decadent fine dining of the past. The grand hotel dining rooms of Europe almost no longer exist.
