A special event at Aperitif

On 13 March 2020 Bali’s fine dining restaurant Aperitif @ The Viceroy, Ubud will host a special lunch collaboration connecting eight talented chefs from Bali and around the world. A day dedicated to exploring the vibrant world of vegetarian cuisine. Through a meticulously crafted 7-course lunch menu, you will experience a discovery of ambrosial flavours and textures. All the way from Moscow, chef-owner Tom Halpin of restaurant Иностранцы (Foreigners) has had an extroadinary culinary career, having worked as sous chef at world #1 restaurant Noma before opening his own restaurant. He will team up with chef Nic Vanderbeeken at Apéritif to create a tantalising 8-course degustation menu that brings together the best of their combined culinary philosophies.
