A Pescatorian feast!

Aperitif, the fine dining restaurant at Ubud’s The Viceroy continues to

Present interesting and different dining options. This time it is a

collaboration Dinner on Friday April 9. A collaboration between

Aperitif’s chef Nic Vanderbeeken and Koral’s Andrea Astone. Koral is the

amazing underwater seafood restaurant at the luxury Kepinski Hotel at Nusa Dua.

It is a pescatorian dinner. Pescatorians are vegetarians who also eat seafood,

but not meat or poultry. The 8 course dinner is being presented at a cost of

Rp.1,250,000++ p.p., with wine pairings also available. As usual with events

at Aperitif, pool villas at The Viceroy are also available at special prices, for

that evening..
